Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

We offer two shipping methods to bring our figure-flattering dresses to your doorstep:

1. Standard Shipping (£12.95)

  • Delivery time: 10-15 business days after dispatch
  • Includes tracking information

2. Free Shipping

  • Available on orders over £50
  • Carrier: EMS
  • Delivery time: 15-25 business days after dispatch

Please note: We ship worldwide except to certain remote areas and parts of Asia. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and customs processing.

Our Effortless Returns Policy

While we design each maxi, midi and mini dress to perfection, we understand that sometimes you might need to make a return or exchange. Our policy is as seamless as our signature silhouettes.

Important: To be eligible for return or exchange, items must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • With all original tags attached
  • In their original packaging
  • Returned within 15 days of delivery

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact Us: Email our Liverpool-based support team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use our template below to ensure we have all necessary details.
  2. Wait for Approval: We’ll respond within 2 business days with return instructions and your RMA number.
  3. Package Your Item: Securely pack the dress in its original packaging with all tags attached.
  4. Ship It Back: Send the package to our Liverpool address using a trackable shipping method. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty.
  5. Processing: Once received, we’ll inspect the item and process your refund or exchange within 5 business days.

Refund Timeline & Methods

Once we receive and approve your return:

  • Timeline: Refunds are processed within 5 business days. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to appear in your original payment method.
  • Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

We’re happy to exchange your item for a different size or color (subject to availability). Simply indicate your preferred exchange item in your request email.

  • If the exchange item costs more, you’ll need to pay the difference.
  • If it costs less, we’ll refund the difference.

Non-Returnable Items

To maintain our high standards of quality and hygiene, we cannot accept returns on:
