Each product page includes detailed size charts with measurements in both inches and centimetres. We recommend measuring yourself and comparing to our charts for the perfect fit. Our wrap dresses are particularly forgiving if you’re between sizes!
Are your dresses true to the website photos?
Absolutely! We take great care to represent our colours and styles accurately. Every dress is hand-inspected in our Liverpool warehouse before shipping to ensure it matches our quality standards.

What shipping options do you offer?
We provide two convenient options:
- Express Shipping (10-15 days): £12.95 via DHL/FedEx (free on orders over £50) – perfect for last-minute events
- Standard Shipping (15-25 days): Free on orders over £50 via EMS – our budget-friendly option
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes! We deliver globally (excluding some remote areas and parts of Asia). All international duties and taxes are calculated at checkout so there are no surprise fees.
How long does processing take?
Our team takes 1-2 days to personally inspect and prepare your order (yes, we check those sequins one by one!). You’ll receive tracking information as soon as it leaves our warehouse.
What if I need my dress by a specific date?
For important events, we recommend ordering by the 10th of the month to ensure end-of-month delivery. Choose Express Shipping and check the estimated delivery date at checkout.
Returns & Exchanges
What’s your return policy?
We offer easy 15-day returns from the delivery date if your items don’t spark joy! Items must be unworn, with tags attached, and in original packaging.
How do I initiate a return?
Simply email [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide return instructions within 24 hours.
Who pays for return shipping?
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty. We recommend using a tracked service.
How long do refunds take?
